Is it safe to run on my funded prop accounts?
DuplicoTrade only ever adds exposure on an open and reduces it on an exit, never the other way round, so a leader closing can never push a follower the wrong way. It watches for any account drifting out of sync or sitting offline while holding, and you can flatten everything instantly. As with any tool, test on evaluation accounts first and follow your prop firm's rules.
Which brokers and prop firms does it work with?
Tradovate is fully supported today, which covers funded accounts at firms like Apex, Tradeify, Lucid, and Take Profit Trader. Rithmic support is coming. You connect each account with the broker's own secure login.
Does my Mac need to stay awake and online?
Yes. DuplicoTrade runs on your Mac, so it copies while your Mac is awake and connected, the same as when you are actively trading. It is not a cloud service that keeps copying after you walk away. If a connection drops, it reconnects and re-syncs automatically, and tells you if an account is offline while holding a position.
Where are my broker credentials stored?
In the macOS Keychain on your own Mac, as secure tokens from your broker. They are never sent to us and we run no servers that touch your trades. The app talks directly to your broker.
Is it really one-time, with no subscription?
Yes. You pay once for your tier and keep it, with all updates inside that major version included. There are no monthly fees and no per-trade charges. A future major version is an optional upgrade at 50% off.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Download the app and use every feature free for 7 days, no card required. Connect your real accounts, run live copies, and decide. When you are ready, buy a license and enter the key. If the trial ends first, the app stops opening new copies but keeps managing any open positions until they close.
